Migration Services

There are many aspects to cover, from your visa application to your stay, selecting a university or college, living expenses and so on. Therefore, it’s best to work backwards from university admission deadlines as you plan to apply for a student visa. Also, international students have to prepare for English eligibility tests as per the university policy abroad.

MARA Code of Conducts

Only registered migration agents can legally give immigration assistance in Australia. To do this, they must be listed on the Register of Migration Agents, held by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority. Be careful of unlawful operators pretending to be registered migration agents. Always check MARA website to make sure you are using a registered migration agent.(http://www.mara.gov.au/search-the-register-of-migration-agents).

The Migration Agents Code of Conduct is set out in legislation to regulate the conduct of agents. It prescribes agent obligations towards clients. Provision for a Code of Conduct for migration agents is set out in Section 314 of the Migration Act 1958 and is prescribed in Schedule 2, Regulation 8 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998.
